By creating an account or using Invitely, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 16 years old to use Invitely.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Invitely only for lawful purposes. You may not use our platform to send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on Invitely. By publishing an invitation, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images or text you upload.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. Refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Invitely is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
