Invitely — Beautiful Digital Invitations

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and event details — when you create an account or build an invitation. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve our service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve Invitely, send transactional emails (like RSVP notifications), process payments through Stripe, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers hosted in the EU. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Guest data

When your guests submit RSVPs or congratulations messages, they provide their name and optionally their email. This data is only accessible to you (the invitation owner) and is never shared with other users.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@invitely.store.
