Getting started

How do I create my first invitation?
Sign up for free, click 'New invitation' in your dashboard, pick a template, fill in your event details, and hit publish. You'll get a shareable link instantly.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Our free plan requires no credit card. You only pay when you upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I share my invitation?
After publishing, you'll get a unique link like invitely.store/invite/your-event. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, email — anywhere.

RSVPs & Comments

How do guests RSVP?
Guests visit your invitation link and fill in the RSVP form — their name, whether they're attending, and how many guests. No account needed.
Where do I see my RSVPs?
In your dashboard, click on any invitation to see all RSVPs and the congratulations messages from your guests.
Can I moderate comments before they appear?
Yes. In your Pro and Unlimited plans you can set comments to require approval before appearing on the congratulations wall.

Templates & Customization

How many templates are available?
We currently have 120+ templates across wedding, birthday, anniversary, baby shower, and other categories. New ones are added regularly.
Can I use premium templates on the free plan?
Premium templates require a Starter plan or higher. Free users have access to all templates marked as free.
Can I upload my own photos to my invitation?
Yes. When customizing your invitation you can upload photos that will be displayed as part of your invitation design.

Billing & Plans

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. No questions asked.
What happens to my invitations if I downgrade?
Your published invitations stay live. You just won't be able to create new ones beyond your plan's limit.
